WHAT BRINGS YOU TO UPRISING?
Biographies are so boring, let's do a fairy tale instead!
Once upon a time there was a young man, named Eli Buchanan. For years he caused chaos and destruction around the world, under a crimson tiger mask, winning titles wherever he went and burning people with fireballs. (Oh joy!) He was a happy little sociopath, until he joined a carnival that nearly destroyed everything for him. (BOO!) In an effort to survive, he was forced to become "normal", so everyone would just leave him alone. He tried to pretend he was okay with being a regular dude, but in reality it was slowly draining him of all the joy in his life and he considered walking away from wrestling altogether. (Awww!)
One day he fought a modern day viking on a cruise ship and was cast into the see. (It's not as exciting as it might seem and that viking will pay for his crimes soon enough). Rather than die, the young man was transported to a "lovely place" where he made a lot of new friends! (Yea!) More importantly though, the man rediscovered who is was and realized what he was always meant to be, a monster, and he returned to our world with only one goal... To have fun of course! At whatever cost it might be to everyone around him.
And you let him in. This is going to be fun!

PERSONALITY OVERVIEW: Eli comes across as a kooky guy, who tells dad jokes and tries to act unassuming, but underneath there is a clear menace to his promos. (Somewhere between the original Doink the Clown and Firefly Funhouse Bray.) He and Charlotte very much have a Gomez and Morticia Addams-like relationship as well.
STRENGTHS: Eli is an accomplished magician, which some point tout to explain some of the bizarre things he pulls off.
WEAKNESSES: This jokes really suck, and he never learned how to play the piano. I'm sorry, I'm really not sure what to put here.
WHY THEY'D BE CHEERED: Despite the dirty tactics Eli and his wife pull, he's not afraid to fight and will not back down; Charlotte often is the one who forces him to walk away from a fight. Fans also appreciate his hard hitting, suplex heavy style, and there will always be those who are attracted by the supernatural aspects to his personality; expect a lot of fans to light up their phones and lighters when he comes down to the ring. Plus there will always be those crazy, hopeless romantics who'll appreciate how well Eli cares for his wife, despite how monstrous he can be to everyone else outside his persona circle.
WHY THEY'D BE BOOED: Unless the person he's facing his more unlikable than him, it's not likely fans will enjoy watching him beat down this opponents, like a cat playing with a bird it's just caught. He takes a sick enjoyment out of the way he breaks down his opponent, and blatantly cheating while he does so.

- THE TECHNICIAN: Relies on a catch-as-catch-can style of wrestling, featuring a variety of suplexes, submission holds and ground-based wrestling.
- THE STRONG STYLIST: Relies on hard-hitting (often stiff) moves and sharp strikes. Whether it's punches, chops, kicks, throws or submission holds, this fighter wants to hit hard, hit fast and hurt their foes.
MATCH TENDENCIES: Eli has a suplex-heavy style of wrestling. His plan will be to drop you on your head as hard and as many times as possible. He will play a lot of psychological games with his opponent as well, attempting to mess with their minds as much as possible (is he really supernatural or is it all just part of the game for him, you be the judge of that.)
BACKSTAGE TENDENCIES: Eli will play nice when he wants to, or if it suits his ends. He's never where you expect him to be though, always popping up behind you, or luring someone through a portal into Hotel California just to mess with them.

- Strength: Power. If Eli can get his arms around you he will suplex you and at times has shown signs of inhuman levels of strength.
- Strength: Knee strike specialist. His chops and clotheslines are on point, but his knee strikes are devastating, and he can hit one from just about anywhere.
IN-RING WEAKNESSES:
- Weakness: Over-confident. For all his intelligence, Eli has tends to be too cocky for his own good.
- Weakness: Knee injuries have forced him to change his style over the years and opponents have targeted them to stop his strikes and defeat him.
- Weakness: Charlotte O'Neil: While having his wife at ringside may be helpful at times, it also puts her in danger and can absolutely get him unfocused for obvious reasons.
