WE BELONG
(PROMOTIONAL PROPAGANDA VIDEO)
The scene opens in what appears to be a beautiful grassy field, somewhat overgrown. We see Hayley Dark walking through the wildflowers, her black and white dress matching her two tone hair. She stops, picking a wildflower and smelling it, before skipping through the tall grass. She finally comes to a halt, looking to the camera with a smile, still holding the wildflower, and opening her arms as if in an embrace.
HAYLEY DARK
My children. My name is Hayley Dark, and I am a woman who is sick and tired of the injustices in this world. In our corporationist society, where the rich get richer and those at the bottom of the barrel get downtrodden and trampled on, many people suffer horrendously. There are a large majority of people in our society who suffer all kinds of terrible injustices. For example...
The scenes transitions to show Hayley, still in the wilderness, alongside her disciple Doorstop. The two embrace.
HAYLEY DARK
I will be the shield for those who have suffered personal, physical and sexual abuse.
We transition again where we see Hayley with her disciple Arabella; once again the two embrace.
HAYLEY DARK
I will stand by the side of those whom have been unfairly labelled; as outsiders, as crazy, as outcasts.
We transition again to see Hayley with the Belonging’s manager, and her #2, Chance Gamble. She puts an arm around him.
HAYLEY DARK
Those who have been told they were nothing, who have suffered rejection, infidelity from those they gave their hearts to... I shall love them, and protect them.
Chance stands by her side, as Doorstop & Arabella come across as well. The group standing together as one.
HAYLEY DARK
I am sure many of you have suffered similar fates. Have felt the pain and heartbreak in your life. You may feel like this world hates you, that you do not belong. But under my wing... under my banner... you all can belong. I am the one who loves you. You are all my children. Come to me.
Her three disciples speak in unison.
THE BELONGING
We Belong.
The scene cuts to black.
