WHAT BRINGS YOU TO UPRISING?
Has a weird loyalty to Jackson that has never really been explained. Previously followed him to WWHQ's Asylum brand when Jackson was in charge of that. More recently, was freed from his co-dependent relationship with his former tag partner Pyro by The Church of the 7th Circle.
PERSONALITY OVERVIEW: If you had the pleasure of reading Of Mice And Men in high school, he's Lennie Small. He's huge and has the strength of a bear, but his actions are often described like those of an obedient dog. He rarely speaks, embarrassed by his Russian accent even though it's barely noticeable. Has been working with his new agent and language coach to become more comfortable with public speaking and writing in English.
STRENGTHS: Loyal, forgiving, tolerant, calm and trusting.
WEAKNESSES: Naïve, can be easily manipulated and is dangerously unstable when he is allowed to let his rage unleash within the ring.
ALIGNMENT: Lawful neutral
WHY THEY'D BE CHEERED: His bizarre and confusing gimmick and his wrestling skill have endeared him as a sort of cult-classic.
WHY THEY'D BE BOOED: He's sided with the Church of the 7th Circle, who isn't universally loved.
REASONS TO COMPETE:
- PASSION: All your character has ever wanted to do is wrestle. It's in their blood; their DNA. They eat, breathe and live this sport and for them it's a way of life.
ATTITUDE TOWARDS TEAMWORK:
- INNER CIRCLE: Your character will team with a select few ONLY. Outside of that small circle, they'd be considered anti-social, but within their group, they're fiercely loyal.
TENDENCY TO CHEAT:
- Rarely
THEME SONG: 'Focus' – Hocus Pocus
WRESTLING EXPERIENCE: 20 years and not a single championship to show for it.
WRESTLING STYLE:
- THE PURIST: Relies on hard-hitting, old-school brawling. Takes the throwback traditional wrestling style and makes it relevant once again.
- THE HOSS: Relies on brute strength and size to dominate their opponent. They don't have much talent in terms of actual wrestling skill, but they can still hurt you.
- THE ALL-ROUNDER: Combines a variety of styles from different disciplines to disable and defeat their opponent.
MATCH TENDENCIES: He's intensely focused and professional 95% of the time but can be distracted easily, much like a kitten with something shiny.
BACKSTAGE TENDENCIES: He keeps to himself as he's quite shy.
FIGHT-ENDING STYLE:
- OUT-WRESTLING: Beats the opponent using their preferred wrestling style.
IN-RING STRENGTHS:
- Brute strength: On the brute squad? No. He IS the brute squad!
- Genuine love of the business: He loves wrestling. He loves the fans.
- Power: He can bench press a Buick and hits like it, too.
IN-RING WEAKNESSES:
- Botchamania: He's never been a main event player. He never will be. He knows this and he tries his very best but sometimes the pressure leads to mistakes that a more seasoned veteran wouldn't make.
- Follower: He's not the best at thinking on his own and prefers to follow the instructions of others. This is a good thing, if he's got that direction. If not? Oof.
- Age: While he still works his ass off to be at his physical peak, he is approaching his golden years and isn't as quick or as agile as he once was.
